This is a game make for YSEALI GAME CHANGER PROGRAM

A casual mobile game for childrent from 7-12 years old to acknowledge the effects of pollution on marine animals. The coverage map of Bub-Pop is South East Asia, Timor-Leste, and the US.

Story:

I had a dolphin friend named Hoi who was a majestic pink dolphin loved by many. Two years ago, there was news of Hoi's death, which was later found to be caused by plastic waste in his stomach. This surprised me with the amount of trash being thrown into the ocean and the suffering marine animals have to endure due to human actions. And I keep wondering how I can help other people, especially young generations, acknowledge this issue.

Vision:

With the mission to raise awareness among the younger generations, starting at the grassroots level, particularly young children, we aim to instill a sense of responsibility and guilt in people for throwing trash into the ocean. By understanding the harm that adorable marine animals suffer due to trash, players will be motivated to refrain from doing so and actively participate in cleaning up the ocean. Furthermore, we will provide the information on the collection board about the in-danger pieces and how we can protect them so that the kids can also learn from the game.

Future developments:

Firstly, we aim to enhance our impact and extend our reach by collaborating with local NGOs and NPOs, as well as international organizations such as UNEP. Through these strategic partnerships, we will be able to increase our visibility and solidify our influence on younger generations. By translating our awareness-raising efforts into tangible actions, we hope to empower players to take concrete steps toward protecting marine animals from human-generated waste.

Secondly, we plan to expand the information and knowledge available to our users by introducing an animal information card feature. This feature will provide detailed information about specific types of marine animals, including their characteristics, habitats, and conservation status. By highlighting the vulnerability of certain species, we hope to inspire a deeper sense of responsibility and urgency in our players toward the protection of marine life.

Lastly, we will localize our game map to various countries and regions, tailoring the game environment to reflect the unique characteristics and challenges facing each location. The current map is in Sihanoukville in Cambodia. In the next map, we plan to extend the map to other ASEAN countries, Timor Leste, and the US. This will provide players with a more immersive and informative experience, as they gain direct knowledge about the specific environmental issues affecting different regions. By customizing the game environment to each location, we hope to facilitate a deeper understanding and appreciation for the importance of ocean conservation on a global scale.

An adorable game and concept.
Definitely not a game to be played on pc or laptop xD but i manage to survive enough to get the hang of things.

The simple gameplay makes it easy to play and read especially for kids in particular though in terms of education

probably more of a quick gimmick where they could be playing for a short while before playing something else as there isnt much goin on other than the few icons that indicates what's happening to the animals. Almost wish there's more trash icons to make it more apparent but this is a pov of an adult and not the targeted group which is 7-12 year olds.

thank you so much for playing and giving advice for the game, appreciate.
